Hey ladies-Me and some of my buddies were talking the other day and this question came up.  I'd love to hear some responses-
What is the one most important quality women are searching for in a husband?

First and foremost, honesty, followed by the ability to communicate effectively.

Honesty and the abiltiy to continue to do the little things for a woman, the hugs, the kisses, the things that matter the most.

The quality I admire most in a man is a genuine desire to be in a relationship.  The ability to be honest about what you want in your life.  Don't lead someone on and be dishonest - think long and hard before you make the additional commitment of having kids together.  Then it is not about just the two of you.

I think passion is overrated.Although it is important to a relationship....a man must have so much more. To me,  good qualities include  being loving, helping your  mate through the good and the bad times. Being trustworthy and caring and loving someone even when they aren't acting very loveable.

Kindness. Life is so much better with someone who is kind, gentle and sweet. I'd compromise on anything else, but not that.

I know that I don't quite qualify here...but I think women need to look for flexibility in a husband.  It's an underappreciated but very important quality.

Passion.  It emcompasses so much in life.  Love.  Work. Kids. Future.  Everything's about passion.
