Here is an ongoing issue. I pay for child support and maintenance. So why is it every time I come to get my kids for the weekend I have to fight with my X to supply clothes?
My lawyer and her lawyer have made it very clear she must supply them, but yet it's a fight every weekend. I am sure I am not alone in this argument.
Good question. The 2 sets of clothes only works in theory. What if the children wear "my set" back home. Should I stand over my X to make sure they get washed and returned right away?
Starting out with 2 sets works for a short time but eventually they get mixed. Thats why I need clothes when I pick them up. I am not going to fish through a bag everytime I pick them up to make sure "my" clothes are in it.
I return everything when I bring the kids back. Washed I might add. Yet the fight continues.
yes, but do you return them? everyone i know (divorced) has a set of clothes at each parent's house- that way there are no fights.
